      The story The Sound of Thunder relates to Science. It relates because a hunter named Eckels  in the story stepped on a butterfly and the butterfly died. This effects the ecosystem. If something dies or is not there in the ecosystem anymore the ecosystem changes. The population decreases. Which means there is less of the animal left. This is why I thought the story The Sound of Thunder relates to Science.
       I also have a few reasons for why the book Tangerine connects with Science. People wonder why lightnings and sinkholes happen. Only scientific people can tell you why there is lighting and why there are sinkholes. Also in the book Tangerine there are offspring. Offspring are parents babies/children. For example, I am my parents offspring. I thought this related to Science because When an animal in nature has a baby the ecosystem increases by animals. This is why Tangerine and The Sound of Thunder relate with Science.

 

This tree is a biotic limiting factor. This is a biotic limiting factor because it is a living object. This tree limits leaves. 'The leaves fall off in autumn. Also deers eat brances from these trees. That is another way this tree is a biotic limiting factor. I think this tree is a biotic limiting factor because this tree is a living object.
